He has run the full finance function for mission-driven organizations: annual audits, restricted and grant funding, dual-entity 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) structures, board and investment reporting, and cloud accounting implementations.
He founded Lei Advisory to give nonprofits the kind of senior finance leadership he provided as a CFO, for organizations that need it part-time. He leads every engagement personally and works with a limited number of organizations at a time.
